  Over 650 people from the pharmaceutical, scientifc and political scene attended the Athens Concert Hall. This first ceremony was held under the auspices of H.E. President od the Hellenic Republic, Mr Karolos PAPOULIAS.

  The laureates : fingolimod (Gilenya, Novartis Hellas), tocilizumab (RoActemra, Roche Hellas), romiprostim (NPlate Amgen), plerixafor (Mozobil, Sanofi)  and Cobas HPV/Test (Roche Diagnostics Hellas). The Pro Bono Humanum was awarded to Mrs Marianna V.   Lyon hosted the 43rd Prix Galien France and the12th Prix Galien international with more than 300 people present to this ceremony. President François HOLLANDE,  having agreed to grant his Patronage to this event and also  the messages of support from Mr Ban Ki MOON,  Secretary general from ONU, Commissioner Maire GEOGHEGAN-QUINN, European Commissioner for Research, Innovation and Sciences and Mr  Elie WIESEL,Nobel laureate. This ceremony was under the presidency of Senator-Mayor Gérard COLLOMB, President of the Greater Lyon.

  France Laureates : Pr Michel LAZDUNSKI, Pr Salima HACEIN-BEY ABINA, GENETHON, boceprevir (VICTRELIS, M.S.D.), and  telaprevir (INCIVO, JANSSEN).

  International Laureate : ustekinumab (STELARA, JANSSEN)
